Course Selection
Each Course Selection sheet has a QR code at the bottom. Students can use their district-issued device to complete the online Google Form. Course selection takes place during the month of April for the following school year.
Any scholar who does not select Physical Education (PE) & Wellness must also complete and submit the P.E. Waiver Form to ITMS no later than April 30th. Please drop off a hard copy of this form during the Mustang Roundup or at the ITMS front desk. This form can also be emailed to Kim Turner at turnerk@flaglerschools.com.
If you would like to review these documents and support your child in selecting their top four choices for electives in the coming school year, please see the links below. Please be sure to access the appropriate grade level document for the Course Selection sheets (i.e. my child is a 7th grader this year so she will complete the 8th grade Course Selection form).
In order to access the Google Form for Course Selection, the student must be logged into their Flagler Schools email account. Parents/guardians do not have access to the form. If your child is newly enrolling with Flagler Schools, please reach out to their assigned Guidance Counselor for assistance (see below).
